The role emphasizes contract management, compliance, and sustainable procurement practices, with a strong focus on Excel-based analytics and AI-assisted research to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on BirchStreet experience is a distinct advantage.
• Strong procurement and contract management capability.
• Experience with Excel and data dashboards is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effective, timely sourcing aligned with company objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, oversee tendering processes, and secure optimal commercial terms.
• Monitor market trends, perform price comparisons, evaluate purchasing practices, and prepare analytical reports.
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements, company policies, ethical standards, and audit expectations.
• Implement environmentally responsible sourcing practices and promote green procurement across the hotel.
