Job summary

Emerson Electric Co. in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Special Pricing & Costing Leader to drive end-to-end pricing and project costing for control valve products across the MEA region.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure accurate, competitive, and profitable proposals. You will lead a team, standardize costing processes, and pursue continuous improvement while aligning with the global pricing strategy and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Control Valve, Flow Control, Industrial Automation, or related industries.
• Experience in Special Pricing, Costing, Order Engineering, Procurement, or related function.
• Strong understanding of control valve products and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Special Pricing & Costing Engineers for the MEA region.
• Monitor workload, productivity, quality, and turnaround times to meet SLAs.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance on complex pricing opportunities.
• Lead pricing reviews for control valves, engineered products, and special manufacturing requirements.
• Establish robust costing methodologies for consistency across the region.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
