Job summary

Linde Gas Middle East LLC in Dubai seeks a seasoned pricing leader to drive profitable growth across the Middle East cluster. You will oversee pricing frameworks, policies, and tools while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to deliver value-based pricing.

Responsibilities include steering pricing transformation projects, delivering insights through analytics, and influencing stakeholders at country, cluster, and regional levels to optimize margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5-10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, sales, marketing, or related commercial roles.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
• Experience managing pricing processes across multiple products or geographic markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international business environments.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or B2B is preferred.
• Experience within the Middle East or industrial gases industry is an advantage.
