Job summary

Emerson Electric Co. seeks a Special Pricing & Costing Leader to guide a MEA-based team responsible for end-to-end pricing and costing of control valve products. You will ensure accurate costs, profitable proposals, and consistent pricing strategies.

Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Quality to standardize processes and optimize value while supporting the commercial strategy of the Flow Controls business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in a related field; 8+ years in control valve or related industries.
• Experience in Special Pricing, Costing, or related commercial engineering functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of pricing and costing engineers for MEA.
• Oversee pricing requests, review BOMs, specs, and costs to set accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales for cost optimization.
• Drive cost modeling improvements, pricing tools, and data-driven profitability analyses.
