Job summary

NAFFCO Group is seeking an experienced PR, Communications & Social Media Manager to lead public relations, corporate communications, and social media across the Group. Develop annual plans, manage media engagement, and execute integrated campaigns to strengthen brand reputation and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in PR, corporate communications, and social media management.
• Experience developing and executing annual PR and social media plans.
• Practical experience managing paid social media campaigns, advertising budgets, and performance optimisation.
• Proven experience handling media relations, press releases, corporate announcements, and external communications.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in social media analytics, reporting tools, and paid advertising platforms.
• Experience in a large corporate, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or multinational organisation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Annual PR & Communications Planning and strategy development aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual PR and corporate communications strategy across the Group.
• Coordinate media engagement, prepare press materials, and manage media inquiries.
• Develop the annual social media strategy and content calendar across platforms.
• Plan paid social media campaigns and campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
• Ensure consistent messaging and governance across Group businesses.
• Support crisis communication planning and executive visibility initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on reach, engagement, and impact.
