Job summary

NAFFCO Group is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to join its Marketing & Branding team in Abu Dhabi. You will translate business needs into impactful visual experiences, supporting brand development, rebranding efforts, and new brand experiences across the Group.

The role emphasizes ownership, strategic thinking, and delivering high-quality creative solutions on time, collaborating with Marketing, Digital, and internal teams to maintain brand standards and cohesion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant professional graphic design experience; branding/rebranding preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing brand identity development and campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to present concepts clearly and communicate design ideas.
• Solid typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Branding and rebranding concepts for NAFFCO Group and its businesses.
• Create brand identities, guidelines, logo concepts, typography, color palettes, and assets.
• Ensure consistency across digital, print, communications, and physical environments.
• Develop creative proposals and visual concepts for campaigns and events.
• Design visual experiences for new brands and product launches.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and manage design files.
