Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
10 years of experience in related architectural/engineering projects.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and professional advice on project activities to stakeholders within the Department and concerned entities.
Develop project strategies and work plans in coordination with officials within the Department.
Develop and enhance systems, regulations, technical specifications and standards for projects and update them with changes and business requirements.
Conduct studies to standardize technical manuals and engineering specifications and update project management databases.
Review contractual claims and variation orders for projects and provide observations and recommendations.
Prepare papers for international, regional and local engineering awards and represent the Municipality at conferences.
