Job summary

Emaratech is seeking a Senior PMO Manager to own governance and standards across its strategic programme portfolio in the UAE. You will lead governance forums, reporting and action-tracking, while ensuring rigorous change control and document management.

Collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential. You will also drive agile adoption, track progress against the roadmap, and support regulatory and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or Finance.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or Agile certification is a strong advantage.
• 5–7 years in project, programme or PMO management, incl 3+ years running PMO governance/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own PMO governance framework and reporting standards.
• Manage governance forums, agendas, minutes, and packs.
• Maintain consolidated portfolio view and dashboards.
• Lead action, risk, and dependency tracking with stakeholders.
• Run change control and document control processes.
• Support Agile/Scrum rhythm across squads.
