Blackstone eIT is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support the centralized IT PMO, ensuring governance compliance, improving project delivery, and enabling data-driven decisions through effective reporting and PMO tool management.

The role requires 5 years in PMO/Project Analyst within IT, strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid, and hands-on experience with Asana for reporting and portfolio management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in PMO / Project Analyst within IT.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
Hands-on experience with PMO tools, preferably Asana, including reporting and portfolio management.
Experience in project compliance reviews, risk management and process support.
Advanced reporting and analytics in Excel and Power BI.

Responsabilités

Review projects for PMO governance, standards, and stage-gate compliance.
Support PMs in adopting PMO processes, risk/issue management, and lessons learned.
Administer and manage the PMO tool (Asana), including configurations and training.
Develop and maintain PMO dashboards and reports for IT management and PMs.
Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, templates, and reporting standards.
