Establish and govern the project management framework ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards across all projects Drive portfolio-level reporting and analytics providing strategic insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making and resource allocation Oversee the development and maintenance of project documentation templates and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency in project execution Manage the PMO budget and resources optimizing allocation and tracking performance against strategic objectives

• The role will be responsible for establishing PMO frameworks, driving strategic transformation initiatives, and ensuring effective portfolio oversight aligned with business objectives and governance principles.
• The incumbent will provide executive-level reporting, monitor #deliveryperformance, manage risks and dependencies, and drive benefits realization across the transformation portfolio.
• The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in banking #PMO, #enterprisegovernance, and large-scale transformation programs, with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
