Job summary

TBH in Dubai seeks a Senior Consultant with a strong client-side/developer background and contractor-execution experience to provide strategic planning and project controls advisory on major residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments across the UAE.

The role manages end-to-end planning, scheduling, risk and claims analysis, and effective reporting to clients and senior stakeholders, driving value and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Planning, Scheduling, Project Controls and Claims Management.
• Engineering or equivalent degree in CM/PM/Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years client-side/developer experience in the Middle East.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Hands-on contractor experience with at least one full lifecycle.
• Ability to advise on packaging strategies, procurement and phasing.
• Knowledge of authority approvals in pre-construction and construction.
• Advanced Primavera P6 and Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of project schedules and plans with client objectives and milestones.
• Develop strong client relationships and clear communication to enhance collaboration and outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering collaboration.
• Review data from multiple sources and tailor reporting for leadership decisions.
• Prepare client-facing deliverables including detailed analysis and presentations.
• Prepare, maintain and analyse complex schedules using Primavera P6 and clear outputs.
• Apply industry best practice planning to identify risks and opportunities.
• Identify and implement project controls best practices to improve delivery.
• Support knowledge sharing through technical workshops and trainings.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning activities and quality checks.
