• Degree educated with industry and sector experience essential.
• Experience in project controls within real estate sectors (hospitality, commercial, residential, leisure) preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera, MS Project, Excel or PRISM is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop work breakdown structures and robust performance baselines.
• Establish progress and cost monitoring methods and governance.
• Produce project control reports and provide performance analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cost and planning engineers across projects.
