Job summary

Client of Ignite Search and Selection seeks a Senior Planning Director to lead planning and delivery of large-scale real estate and mixed-use developments in the UAE. The role requires extensive UAE/GCC experience, strategic planning, and strong governance across procurement and programme delivery.

Responsibilities include overseeing planning, procurement strategy, commercial governance, and budget control, with emphasis on managing contractor claims and EOT assessments throughout the project

Qualifications

• 18–20+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi‑billion-dollar real estate or mixed‑use developments, with significant UAE/GCC experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Proven expertise in project planning, governance, procurement strategy, construction delivery, and programme management.
• Strong experience managing contractor claims, EOT evaluations, commercial risk, and budget performance.
