Job summary

Al Nahiya Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior strategist to develop, implement, and monitor the organization’s corporate strategy and performance management framework, ensuring alignment with government agendas and supporting executive decision-making.

The role requires leading the design of KPIs, balanced scorecards, dashboards, and strategic reports, while coordinating with government and public-sector partners to drive effective strategy execution and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in strategic planning or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, performance management, PMO, or government transformation.
• Experience in government, semi-government, or public sector entities is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update corporate strategies and implementation plans.
• Align organizational strategies with government and sectoral agendas.
• Design and manage performance frameworks including KPIs, balanced scorecards, dashboards, and strategic reports.
• Monitor strategic performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations.
• Support executive management through strategic analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategy execution.
