Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in planning, performance or related role.
• Experience with performance management systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans.
• Coordinate detailed operational plans with timelines and resources.
• Monitor plan implementation for on-time delivery and quality.
• Develop systems to monitor performance across departments and projects.
• Establish KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Support project management by tracking milestones and milestones progress.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on performance goals.
• Utilize data tools to track and report on operational performance.
• Provide training on planning processes and performance measurement.
