Job summary

HumanImpact (Hi) is seeking a Strategy Manager – Performance Enablement in Ras al-Khaimah to strengthen the performance excellence framework and translate priorities into measurable outcomes.

You will work with senior leadership to drive KPI performance, identify gaps, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making in a public-sector context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field; Master's/MBA preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in strategy consulting or driving corporate performance.
• Big 4 strategy/consulting experience preferred.
• Strong KPI frameworks and performance measurement experience.
• Proficient in Power BI/Excel and data storytelling.
• Experience working with senior leadership in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and institutionalize organisation-wide performance excellence and KPI framework.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable objectives, KPIs and targets.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps and drive corrective action.
• Develop executive-level performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Partner with Sector Heads to drive accountability and performance improvement.
• Develop performance policies, governance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our client is looking for a Strategy Manager – Performance Enablement to join a leading public sector organisation in RAK, responsible for strengthening the organization’s performance excellence framework and translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Performance, the role will work closely with senior leadership and business units to drive KPI performance, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and institutionalize the organisation-wide performance excellence and KPI framework
• Translate strategic priorities and Vision 2030 into measurable objectives, KPIs and targets
• Monitor organizational performance, identify gaps and root causes, and drive corrective action
• Develop executive-level performance reports, dashboards and insights for senior leadership
• Partner with Sector Heads and business units to drive accountability and performance improvement
• Develop performance policies, governance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Willing and able to work in RAK
• Fluent Arabic and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, driving corporate performance excellence, or a combination of consulting and in-house roles
• Big 4 strategy/consulting experience highly preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with KPI frameworks, driving performance and dashboards
• Strong data analysis, Power BI/Excel and performance storytelling skills
• Experience working with senior leadership in complex organizations
• UAE/GCC or government/public-sector experience is an advantage
