Job summary

ADNOC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Specialist Planning and Performance to develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans and performance frameworks across the organization. You will lead KPI development and coordinate operational plans for timely, budget-conscious execution.

You will monitor progress, drive continuous improvement, and leverage data tools like Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in planning, performance management, or a related role.
• Strong background in project management and process optimization.
• Experience with performance management systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans.
• Coordinate and lead the creation of detailed operational plans that outline timelines and resources.
• Monitor the implementation of plans to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement systems for monitoring performance across departments.
• Establish KPIs to measure function and team effectiveness.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance through process improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Develop contingency plans to address risks.
• Support project management by tracking progress and milestones.
• Engage stakeholders to communicate plans and targets clearly.
• Utilize Excel/Power BI/Tableau to track performance.
