Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking a Specialist Planning and Performance to develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans and performance frameworks across the organization. This role ensures KPIs, milestones and objectives are met efficiently, driving value and operational excellence.

You will lead KPI definition, track project milestones, and coordinate across departments, focusing on cost control and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s or PMP/Six Sigma a plus.
• Experience in planning, performance management, or similar roles.
• Strong background in project management and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor strategic plans and performance frameworks.
• Define KPIs, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional work.
• Prepare performance reports for senior management and optimize processes.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans; drive continuous improvement.
