Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a Specialist Planning and Performance to develop and monitor strategic plans and performance frameworks across the organization. This role ensures KPIs, milestones, and objectives are met efficiently, and identifies opportunities for improvement.

You will collaborate with senior management, coordinate detailed operational plans, and lead data-driven reporting using Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in planning, performance management, or a related role.
• Strong background in project management and process optimization.
• Experience with performance management systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead creation of detailed operational plans with timelines and resources.
• Monitor plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Create and implement KPI systems to measure performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Identify optimization opportunities and process improvements.
• Support PM with tracking progress and resource planning.
• Engage stakeholders to share updates and insights.
• Use data tools (Excel, Power BI) for performance reporting.
• Provide training on planning processes and performance tools.
