Job summary

Parsons in Dubai seeks a Planning Engineer - Roads and Infrastructure to lead project scheduling across major road and utilities packages. You will develop integrated master schedules, monitor progress, and assess delays using established delay analysis techniques.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering background, 8+ years of planning experience, and advanced Primavera P6 skills; Gulf region exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience on roads, bridges, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Gulf region experience preferred.
• Strong English communications and contractual awareness.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor baseline programmes for contract compliance.
• Provide recommendations on submitted schedules.
• Verify resources and dates align with completion targets.
• Develop integrated master schedules for roads and utilities.
• Map interdependencies across contracts and assess impacts.
• Prepare progress reports and schedule-based management recommendations.
• Assess Extension of Time and disruption claims in detail.
• Coordinate with contractors, employer, client and consultants.
