Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of planning and scheduling experience on infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, interface management, sequencing and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor baseline schedules and align with contract requirements and Parsons practices.
• Develop integrated Master Schedules covering multiple infrastructure packages and interdependencies.
• Assess delays, slippage, critical activities, and risks; propose mitigations to recover time.
• Perform What-If analyses to evaluate schedule impacts before changes are issued.
• Prepare regular progress reports with schedule analysis and clear recommendations.
• Coordinate with contractors and the Employer to resolve planning and scheduling issues.
