Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Sr Planning Engineer in Dubai, UAE to lead planning, scheduling and project control for major infrastructure upgrades to the DM Network.

The role requires strong expertise in Master Schedules, critical path analysis, and time impact assessments, with experience in Primavera P6 and Gulf-region projects. Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is required, with 9+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 9+ years of experience in planning and scheduling on relevant infrastructure projects, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Experience in infrastructure and utilities with strong coordination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and convey consent to baseline schedules in line with contract conditions.
• Develop master schedules, assess interdependencies and reflect time impacts.
• Prepare regular progress and program analysis reports with recommendations.
• Conduct time‑impact analyses for changes and provide corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors and the client, and prepare minutes of meetings.
