Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution. A minimum of seven years of planning and scheduling experience is required on relevant infrastructure projects. Suitable project experience should include utilities, roads, landscaping, structures, community development, or similar multidisciplinary civil works. Experience working on infrastructure and utilities projects in the Gulf region is preferred. Candidates should have a strong understanding of construction processes, interface management, sequencing, and coordination requirements across complex infrastructure packages. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
