Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Planning professional to coordinate the development of 5-year business plans, budgets, and performance scorecards for the USSU units. You will drive KPI tracking, risk reporting, and process improvements in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.

The role requires 5–6 years in upstream planning, proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, and strong budgeting acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or Business Administration).
• 5–6 years of Upstream Oil & Gas planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of KPI-based performance management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of long-range business plans, budgets and monitoring of performance KPIs.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance reviews and risk reports.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, schedules, and budget tracking across USSU units.
• Ensure timely preparation of management reports and budget updates across divisions.
