Job summary

Sokin is seeking a Senior Partnerships professional to build and manage a robust partner pipeline in the UAE and GCC. You will own the end-to-end deal process, engaging key decision-makers and negotiating agreements for integration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, and regulatory environments, with a track record of meeting commercial targets in high-growth FinTech or startup settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within financial services, payments, remittance, or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and closing deals independently.
• Solid understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and local regulatory environments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously against commercial targets.
