Job summary

Mistral seeks an experienced Partner Sales Engineer to drive adoption of our enterprise AI platform and models. You will work closely with Partner and GTM teams to understand client needs, onboard updates, and enable scale across strategic partners.

You will act as user-zero to test new models, document issues, and guide deployment in customer environments, while collaborating with engineering to implement improvements and tailor solutions to diverse use cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical partner pre-sales or consulting role with partner/customer facing interactions.
• Track record partnering with large cloud/platform providers and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on deployment of AI solutions and integration across customer environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Drive pre-sales and sales activities with partners, understanding client needs and outcomes.
• Onboard AI platform updates to partner platforms and enablement across partner teams.
• Collaborate with sales to progress deals and provide technical insights where needed.
• Work with customers to tailor models to their requirements and gather feedback for improvements.
• Liaise with product and engineering to relay findings and drive enhancements.
