Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• +3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid media.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, tracking, and optimization.
• Excellent analytical mindset, accuracy, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), X Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Execute day-to-day campaign activities including ad setup, audience targeting, keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance optimization.
• Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
• Manage and monitor active campaigns to ensure KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, traffic) are met and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Prepare regular performance reports using Google Data Studio or internal dashboards and Excel sheets.
