Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in performance media or campaign management.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and dashboards.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
• Track delivery, spend, pacing and performance against KPIs and budgets.
• Identify trends, anomalies and optimization opportunities and implement actions.
• Create regular weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Media Planners and Account Managers to align objectives and results.
