Job summary

The Operations Excellence Partner will support the MPL Regional team with strategic, analytical and administrative activities, helping to free up time for core operations. Responsibilities include ensuring data quality from the Center & Areas, maintaining trackers and dashboards, preparing material for management reviews, and coordinating events and external engagements for the MPL regional team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, 2+ years of experience, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience and strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and general presentation tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong time-management and multitasking capabilities.
High attention to detail and a structured working style.
Proficient English.
Experience in logistics, shipping, or project cargo preferred.

Responsibilities

Support MPL Regional team with strategic, analytical and administrative activities.
Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation relating to ongoing projects and initiatives.
Prepare material for management reviews, performance updates and planning.
Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for internal and external audiences.
Coordinate events, workshops, meetings, and external engagements, including logistics and venues.
Assist in preparation of quotations and proposals.
