Job summary

Maersk is seeking a senior MPL Solution Design lead to steer complex proposals and new market opportunities across the Middle East and beyond. You will own the end-to-end design, data capture, cost estimation, and pricing for customer pursuits, and guide regional teams through RFQ responses and negotiations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in MPL solution design.
• Experience in designing MPL solutions for logistics operations.
• Strong ability to present and defend technical solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design to lead from data capture to cost and price for the customer.
• Develop detailed designs, process flows, and operating models for the solution.
• Support RFQ responses, bid strategy, and contract negotiations.
• Drive regional preparation, resource management, and project implementation plans.
• Coordinate with global/regional teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
