Job summary

The Operations Excellence Partner at Maersk will support the MPL Regional team with strategic analytical and administrative activities, preparing high-quality presentations and analyses to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include maintaining trackers and dashboards, assisting in management reviews, coordinating events, and providing proactive support to reduce the regional teams' workload while ensuring data accuracy and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Logistics, Engineering or related field required.
• 2 years of experience in analytics, support or logistics roles.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; ability to create clear, data-driven presentations.
• Excellent communication, time-management and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and a structured, proactive work style.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality presentations, analyses and quotations for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards and documentation for ongoing projects.
• Assist in management reviews, performance updates and quarterly planning.
• Coordinate events, workshops, meetings and external engagements including logistics.
• Support MPL Regional/Areas teams with operational tasks to reduce administrative workload.

The Operations Excellence Partner will support the MPL Regional team with strategic analytical and administrative activities. The role requires strong organizational skills the ability to prepare high-quality presentations and analyses and efficient coordination of administrative processes that free up operational time for the team.Responsible for the data quality received from the Center & Areas ie Health Matrix Operational Performance Quality Growth ProcurementSupport the preparation of quotations proposals assisting Growth team.Maintain trackers dashboards and documentation related to ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.Assist in preparing material for management reviews performance updates and quarterly planning.Prepare presentations reports and executive summaries for internal and external audiences.Conduct specific studies market assessments benchmarking and long-term planning activities.Coordinate events workshops team meetings and external engagements including logistics venues and materialsSupport on Operational tasks for MPL Regional/ Areas teams.

Critical competencies

• Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience and Strong proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and general presentation tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong time-management and multitasking capabilities.
• High attention to detail and a structured working style.
• Proficient English
• Experience in logistics shipping or project cargo (preferred but not essential)
