Job summary

Azizi Development UAE is seeking an experienced Resource Manager MEP for managing manpower and resource planning across all MEP projects in Dubai. This role plays a key part in ensuring optimal utilization and timely deployment of skilled personnel.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, has 8–12 years in resource planning within MEP or construction sectors, and possesses excellent organizational skills. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in resource or manpower planning within MEP or construction sectors in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong understanding of MEP project structures and manpower operations.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed resource plan for ongoing and upcoming MEP projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to identify manpower needs.
• Allocate manpower based on skills and project priorities.
• Track productivity and future resource requirements.
• Work with HR to manage recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee deployment of MEP personnel between sites.
