Azizi Developments is seeking a skilled Resource Manager MEP to manage manpower and resource planning across all MEP projects. The position plays a key role in ensuring optimal utilization, cost‑effectiveness, and timely deployment of skilled personnel in coordination with HR, project management, and site teams.

The Resource Manager MEP is responsible for planning, allocating, and managing manpower resources for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects under Azizi Developments. The role involves coordinating between multiple departments to forecast, recruit, and deploy technical staff efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed resource plan for ongoing and upcoming MEP projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and department heads to identify manpower needs for engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Allocate manpower based on skills, project priorities, and schedules.
• Track productivity, utilization rates, and future resource requirements.
• Work with HR to manage recruitment, onboarding, and mobilization.
• Oversee deployment, transfers, and demobilization of MEP personnel between sites.
• Maintain an updated resource database, including skill matrices, certifications, visa status, and assignments.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 8–12 years of experience in resource or manpower planning within MEP or construction sectors in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong understanding of MEP project structures and manpower operations.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
