inx education seeks a seasoned Marketing & Communications lead to drive the CERT portfolio, translating business and academy priorities into integrated plans, campaigns and communications. The role blends hands-on execution with team leadership, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder coordination, brand consistency and measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, corporate communications, digital channels and content development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
• Strong English communication, writing and editing skills; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing planning & campaigns for CERT: develop annual plan and calendar; manage campaigns informed by insights.
• Lead internal and external communications: websites, social media, newsletters, press releases and corporate materials; coordinate media activity.
• Oversee brand & creative delivery: brochures, catalogues, presentations; ensure messaging and brand standards.
• Manage events, partnerships & engagement: events, exhibitions, sponsorships, CSR activities and stakeholder engagement; assist crisis communications.
• Direct specialist team members; coordinate with academies and business functions; manage requests and approvals; contribute to delivery.
• Manage approved budgets and monitor results; ensure governance.
