Job summary

CERT The Centre of Excellence for Applied Research & Training in Abu Dhabi seeks a Marketing & Communications leader to translate academy priorities into integrated plans, campaigns and brand communications. The role blends hands-on execution with team leadership, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery across channels.

You will manage annual plans, content, events, partnerships and governance, while guiding a specialist team and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, corporate communications, digital channels and content development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Marketing planning & campaigns: Develop and execute the annual Marketing & Communications plan and calendar; manage academies and programmes campaigns informed by audience and market insights.
• Communications & content: Lead internal and external communications, including websites and social media content, newsletters, announcements, press releases and key corporate materials; coordinate media activity through approved channels.
• Brand & creative delivery: Oversee brochures, catalogues, presentations and campaign materials, applying approved messaging and brand standards.
• Events, partnerships & engagement: Manage communications and marketing for events, exhibitions, partnerships, sponsorships, CSR activities and stakeholder engagement; support crisis communications as required.
• Team & stakeholder management: Direct specialist team members, coordinate with academies and business functions, manage requests and approvals, and contribute directly to delivery.
• Budget, performance & governance: Manage approved Marketing & Communications budgets, and monitor results.
