Alvarez & Marsal in the United Arab Emirates seeks an accomplished project leader to drive multi-stream workplans, cultivate client relationships, and advance business development in the Transport & Logistics sector.

You will lead senior stakeholder discussions, develop actionable strategies, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver value for clients in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Formación

• Master's degree in business administration, Economy, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in project management and business development within management consulting.
• 8–10 years experience in the Transport & Logistics sector with GCC experience of 4–5 years.
• Experience across the capital project lifecycle in one or more value chain steps.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions.
• Self-starter with strong business acumen and results-driven approach.
• Ability to understand client's challenges and issues.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
