The ideal candidate will own the client acquisition cycle, pitch legal services, negotiate terms, and build long-term relationships with business owners, investors, and senior executives across the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional legal experience.
• A law degree or relevant legal qualifications.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and close engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen and a target‑driven approach to business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE business environment and corporate client market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients requiring legal consultancy and related legal services.
• Generate business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and industry connections.
• Conduct client meetings to understand legal requirements and present suitable legal solutions.
• Convert prospects into signed engagements through pitching, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, corporate executives, and key decision-makers.
• Promote the firm's legal services and actively expand its client base and market presence.
• Manage the complete client acquisition cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
