Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Manager for Capital Markets & Trading Solutions to lead development and launch of Sukuk, Structured Products, and FX solutions, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will train distribution channels, collaborate with back/middle office, and deliver materials for new launches while driving client-focused investment ideas and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in Wealth Management, Investment Management, or Investment Banking.
• University degree in a relevant field; CFA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends.
• High ethical standards and discretion.
• Proven ability to drive growth and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze investment ideas aligned with client needs and macroeconomic trends.
• Promote Capital Markets products through frontline engagement.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-sale monitoring.
• Train and develop distribution channels on new and existing products.
• Coordinate with Back and Middle Office for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate product documentation and approvals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and obtain necessary approvals (Central Bank & SCA).
• Support client meetings and strengthen relationships with third-party providers.
• Prepare product programs, presentations, and teasers for new launches.
