DSJ Global is partnering with a leading logistics provider to recruit a Key Account Manager for Aerospace & Defence based in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional service within a complex, international supply chain environment.

Formación

• Experience in Key Account Management within logistics and supply chain.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to grow existing customer relationships.
• Operational experience within freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain management, or contract logistics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience serving Aerospace & Defence customers is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of key Aerospace & Defence customer accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account growth plans.
• Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, contract expansion, and service enhancement.
• Lead customer reviews, performance discussions, and business planning activities.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues and service challenges.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and KPI achievement.
• Support pricing discussions, contract renewals, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across freight, transport, warehousing, customs, and value-added services.
• Monitor market developments and communicate industry insights to customers and internal teams.
