Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to coordinate resources, manage risks, and serve as the central communications hub among clients, vendors, and internal teams for successful technology project delivery.

You will oversee IT project portfolios, plan schedules with Monday.com/Jira, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of project management experience in IT.
Proven experience delivering IT projects and managing teams/resources.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Familiarity with PM tooling and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Execute IT Project Office strategies and best practices.
Manage allocation of resources across IT projects.
Plan timelines using tools like Monday.com/Jira to deliver on time and within budget.
Monitor performance using KPIs and progress reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope changes and risks.
Build relationships with clients and internal teams for alignment.
Lead and manage IT project teams and ensure accountability.
Oversee integration of new/existing applications and digital transformations.
Conduct post-mortems and produce recommendations.
