Qualifications

• Must have a degree in IT and 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Android/iOS backend and data sources is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple sources (designers, artists, etc) and collaborate with a remote team.
• Proficient in English; able to draft and review documentation.

Responsibilities

• Produces and implements project plans and changes to meet evolving needs.
• Identifies resources required and assigns responsibilities.
• Manages daily operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by the team before client handover.
• Ensures adherence to our methodology and project standards.
• Prepares engagement evaluations and QA procedures.
• Reduces risk exposure on projects.
• Keeps project documents complete and up to date.
• Drafts requirements, project checklists, UAT test cases and flow diagrams.
• Handles project meetings, reports, timelines and other admin tasks.
• Supports the team with tasks such as CMS website updates, graphics/videos, and content management.
• Participates in brainstorming to contribute ideas and improvements.
• Willing to learn new skills and take on additional scope in the field.
