Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing is seeking a Technical IT Project Manager specialized in Flight Operations and Crew Management to lead cross-functional teams in designing, building, testing, and deploying critical IT applications and infrastructure changes for airline operations.

You will own end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors, and ensure releases meet governance and cybersecurity standards in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience within airline, aviation, or aviation technology.
• Strong understanding of Flight Operations systems and/or Crew Management systems.
• Familiarity with aviation operational requirements and disruption management.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new business and technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery across Flight Operations and Crew Operations domains.
• Own planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and aligned with business objectives.
• Translate requirements into technical deliverables for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, software, and infrastructure teams, and vendors.
• Manage scope, dependencies, and risk; remove blockers to ensure progress.
• Oversee governance, release, and deployment activities per ITIL and compliance needs.
• Present change requests, risk assessments, and deployment plans to CABs.
