Job summary

IFZA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to report to the Head of IT & Digital and drive IT infrastructure, operations, and strategy in a fast-paced environment. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure technology aligns with business objectives.

You will champion scalable IT solutions, governance, and security, while mentoring staff and delivering projects on time, within budget, and with measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience in technical operations, infrastructure management, or IT leadership.
• Strong cloud, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM, and data analytics expertise.
• Proven experience leading large IT projects and digital transformations.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT strategy with ROI and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Ensure availability, scalability, and security of technical systems to meet requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
• Oversee IT operations budget and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, security standards for data privacy and DR.
• Implement security protocols to safeguard infrastructure and information.
• Establish SOPs for consistent IT performance and reliability.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Lead IT project management efforts for system implementations and upgrades.
• Advise senior management on IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor system performance for seamless service delivery.
• Identify improvements, vulnerabilities, and upgrade needs.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess impact.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to IT staff.
