Job summary

ENOC LUBRICANTS AND GREASE MANUFACTURING PLANT LLC is seeking a seasoned procurement and materials specialist to manage inventory, coordinate group procurement, and support financial analytics. The role interfaces with suppliers, internal teams and Finance to ensure efficient material flow and cost control.

Responsibilities include vendor evaluation, PO management, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. Strong English and ERP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent qualification.
• Five years of experience in material management, inventory control or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory control strategies to minimize stock-outs and overstock.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and procurement to ensure timely POs and receptions.
• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking and financial data for management.
• Conduct vendor performance evaluations and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure quality standards across inventory.
