Job summary

ENOC is seeking an Inventory Controller - Products in Dubai to manage procurement of consumables, spare parts and tank/truck spares for the Distribution department. The role emphasizes inventory control, cost monitoring, and strong liaison with suppliers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiencies, optimize inventory processes, and contribute to working capital utilization, with a focus on accurate data analysis and monthly distribution reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent qualification.
• Five years' experience in material management, inventory control or similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of consumables and spare parts for Distribution department.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt, storage and issuance of materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock movements, PO reconciliation, and batch control.
• Prepare invoices, monitor payments, and generate distribution-related reports and KPIs.
• Collaborate with procurement, Finance and HSEQ to optimize costs and inventories.
