Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, planning tools and contracts.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office and ERP procurement tools (SAP/Oracle).
• Excellent English communication (oral, written, presentation) and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders in SAP/Oracle per procurement policies.
• Source and evaluate suppliers domestically and internationally for price and quality.
• Prepare weekly open purchase orders and requisition reports with status updates.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes and finalize purchase agreements.
• Expedite orders and interface with freight forwarders for shipments locally and internationally.
• Manage vendor relationships and communicate order status, pricing, and availability.
• Evaluate vendor performance on quality, reliability, and delivery times.
• Review and finalize yearly contracts or blank orders with suppliers.
• Assist with accommodation-related administrative tasks and relations with internal teams.
