ENOC LUBRICANTS AND GREASE MANUFACTURING PLANT LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Operations leader to oversee plant-wide activities across the supply chain, ensuring timely, quality products for sales and customers. The role leads the implementation of the Oracle manufacturing system, optimizes vendor and logistics processes, and ensures HSE compliance.

Qualifications

University graduate in Chemical Engineering with 10–15 years in lubricants or related industries.
7–10 years in Production, Logistics or Quality systems and controls.
Exposure to QHSE quality systems preferred.
Strong people management, training and motivation skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee plant operations and end-to-end supply chain performance.
Lead and drive Oracle manufacturing system implementation.
Set up vendor selection, evaluation and development programs.
Coordinate logistics, up-country stock points and inventory control.
Ensure safe operation of plant with adherence to HSE and regulatory requirements.
Drive loss control and optimize production and delivery processes.
Formulate and update strategic plant development plans and CAPEX budgets.
