KEOLIS limited seeks an Inventory Controller to manage warehousing and inventory in the Engineering and Maintenance stores of the Dubai Metro. You will supervise inbound and outbound material movements, verify documentation, and maintain accurate records in the Maintenance Management System (MMS).

You will coordinate with engineers, suppliers and logistics teams, ensure FIFO storage, handle hazardous materials, and uphold 5S standards while supporting calibration, decommissioning, and asset

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or other relevant qualification in engineering, supply chain management or another relevant field.
• Certification in supply chain management.

Responsabilités

• Supervise inbound receiving process, including offloading, identification and inspection of materials.
• Review inbound documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Engineers to schedule technical inspection of received materials.
• Record received materials in the MMS.
• Verify lot numbers and conversion factors on POs and record in MMS.
• Create asset numbers for received assets and record serials, warranties and calibration dates in MMS.
• Label items with Item ID and asset stickers and prepare storage locations.
• Upload material images in Item Master if missing.
• Supervise storage ensuring FIFO and appropriate equipment usage.
• Ensure segregation of hazardous materials and maintain MSDS/COSHH.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding rejected materials.
• Coordinate with Logistics for international deliveries.
• Supervise outbound issuance and ensure timely processing of requests.
• Verify material issuances in MMS.
• Supervise preparation of materials kits and record movements in MMS.
• Assist delivery/return of kits to maintenance team locations.
• Verify pick sheets and returned materials and record in MMS.
• Supervise verification of asset numbers against documents.
• Process returned materials/assets in MMS.
• Maintain outbound trackers.
