Job summary

Keolishyderabad is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage warehousing and inventory in Dubai Metro maintenance stores. Responsibilities include inbound receiving, MMS record-keeping, FIFO storage, and kit preparation.

The role requires coordinating with engineers, suppliers, and logistics to ensure accurate, timely material flow. Applicant should have 3+ years in stores/warehousing, preferably in rail, with English fluency, MSDS/COSHH familiarity, and a UAE forklift licence.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering, supply chain or related field.
• SCM certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years stores/warehousing experience; rail sector preferred.
• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; UAE forklift licence holder.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving: offloading, inspection, and documentation.
• Record inbound items in the MMS; verify lot numbers and asset records.
• Manage FIFO storage, labeling, and stock movements in MMS.
• Coordinate outbound issuances and kit preparation; verify scans and records.
• Handle hazardous materials segregation; maintain MSDS and COSHH files.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for international deliveries.
