Job summary

DYNAMIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICES L.L.C in Dubai seeks an experienced Inventory Manager to lead warehousing and manufacturing inventory operations. You will ensure accurate receipt, storage, transfer and issuance of materials, and drive cycle counting and stock reconciliation across sites.

The role requires hands-on ERP expertise (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/Odoo), strong leadership, and a track record of reducing discrepancies and aging stock. Dubai-based position with strategic responsibility.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in physical inventory, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouses or production locations.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day inventory operations across warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
Ensure accurate receipt, storage, transfer and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, WIP and finished goods.
Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity through effective inventory control processes.
Lead annual physical inventory counts, cycle counting programs, stock audits and reconciliation activities.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Monitor inventory aging, slow-moving, obsolete and non-moving stock.
Ensure accurate ERP inventory transactions and inventory reporting.
Establish inventory policies, SOPs, governance and compliance controls.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance and Sales teams.
Lead and develop the Inventory Team while driving continuous process improvement and warehouse efficiency initiatives.
